1. What We Collect
When you sign in with Google, we receive and store:
- Your email address
- Your display name
- Your Google profile photo URL
When you submit a report, we store the content of your submission and associate it with your account internally.
2. What We Don't Expose
Your identity is never shown publicly. Reports are published anonymously — your name, email, and account details are never attached to any public-facing content. Internally, your account is linked to your submissions solely for moderation and abuse prevention purposes.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To authenticate you via Google OAuth
- To associate your submissions with your account for moderation
- To enforce our Terms of Service (e.g., preventing abuse)
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party. We may share anonymized, aggregated data (containing no personally identifiable information) for research or business purposes — for example, industry-level trends about interview practices. Individual submissions are never sold or disclosed.
4. Data Storage
Your data is stored in a Supabase (PostgreSQL) database hosted on cloud infrastructure. Authentication sessions are managed via encrypted JSON Web Tokens (JWTs) stored in your browser.
5. Third-Party Services
- Google OAuth — used for sign-in. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
- Supabase — database and file storage provider.
- Vercel — hosting provider.
- Google Favicon Service — used to display company logos. Only the company domain is sent, never any user data.
6. Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing nofreelabor@proton.me. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
7. Cookies & Sessions
We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
8. Children
This Site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
9. Changes
We may update this policy periodically. We will note the date of the last update at the top of this page.
