1. Acceptance

By using No Free Labor ("the Site"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. What This Site Does

No Free Labor is a platform where job candidates can anonymously share experiences with take-home interview assignments. All submissions are reviewed by moderators before being published.

3. User Submissions

By submitting a report, you confirm that:

  • The information is truthful and based on your personal experience.
  • You are not including personally identifying information about any individual (recruiters, interviewers, etc.).
  • You are not disclosing confidential or proprietary information belonging to a company.
  • Your submission does not violate any applicable law or third-party agreement, including any NDA you may have signed. Compliance is solely your responsibility.

4. Content Standards

Submissions must focus on the interview process — scope of work, hours required, communication, and outcome. Submissions that target specific individuals, contain false statements of fact, or include hate speech will be rejected or removed.

5. Platform Liability

No Free Labor is a platform for user-generated content. We do not create, endorse, or verify the accuracy of submitted reports. To the extent permitted by applicable law (including 47 U.S.C. § 230), we are not liable for content submitted by users.

6. Takedown Requests

Companies or individuals who believe a report contains false or defamatory content may request removal by contacting us at nofreelabor@proton.me. We will review all requests and remove content that violates these Terms.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate these Terms or submit false information.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
